All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds for any reason. However, we do provide the option for exchanges under certain conditions.

Exchanges with Store Credit: If you wish to exchange your purchased shoes, you may do so within 30 days of the receipt of your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The shoes must be returned to our company within 30 days of the receipt of the order.

  2. The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.

Upon meeting these criteria, you will be eligible for an exchange with store credit. This store credit can be used towards a future purchase or for a redo of your custom shoes.

Remake for Improved Fit: In cases where the shoes do not fit properly, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If the shoes need an improved fit, we will be happy to remake them for you. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.

Please note that all shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping will be covered by Enrico Cuini for shoes requiring a remake.
